Survey of Monash links in Europe 2009
Monash University would like to learn more about your links with colleagues and institutions in Europe.
We invite you to take part in this short survey, open to all University staff (approx. two minutes to complete).
Why are we collecting information?
- To assist with accurate responses to regular requests for information received from Australian-based representatives of European governments and the European Commission.
- To represent effectively the University’s activities in Europe to European government representatives and officials.
- To support major University submissions to the European Commission.
What type of links are we looking for?
- We are most interested in links with European institutions that are substantive and ongoing in nature. Examples could include: a joint publication, an ongoing joint research program; the exchange of staff (teaching and/or research); joint teaching and/or supervision programs.
- Industry, government and other non-higher education links would be of interest in addition to university links.
- If you have more than one link with Europe, we encourage you to submit multiple entries. Please start with your most significant link into Europe, followed by other links in order of significance.
- We will include information about your European links in a listing of collaboration in Europe, available from the website of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (International), which is accessible to Monash staff
only. Please indicate in the survey (when describing your links in more detail) if you do not wish information about your links to be included in this listing for Monash staff.
For further information and/or enquiries, contact Benjamin Leske.
