Clayton online eCOE application

Electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCOE) form for student visa application will take a maximum of 5 working days to be processed (longer in busy periods). eCOEs can only be mailed to your Monash student email account.

You must ensure that you click on the correct Faculty and level of study link to apply for your eCOE. We will not be able to issue an eCOE if you have clicked on an incorrect link as we need your Faculty to verify your course completion date. If you are enrolled in a double degree course, please check with the Monash University International Student Admissions Office first to find out which Faculty link you should click on.

If you are enrolled in a degree at the Caulfield campus you MUST lodge your application for an eCOE via the Caulfield Service Centre. You can download an application form via the following site:
http://www.adm.monash.edu.au/service-centre/forms/

Under your student visa conditions you are required to be enrolled in a full-time study load (24 credit points) for the duration of your degree. The only exception being in your final semester of study or if you are granted special permission by your faculty under extenuating circumstances.
