Caulfield eCOE Application

Electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCOE) form for student visa application will take a maximum of 5 working days to be processed. eCOEs can only be mailed to your Monash student email account.

If you are enrolled in a degree at the Caulfield campus you MUST lodge your application for an eCOE via the Caulfield Service Centre in Building A.  Application forms are available at the Caulfield Service Centre or you can download an application form via the following site:
http://www.adm.monash.edu.au/service-centre/forms/

Under your student visa conditions you are required to be enrolled in a full-time study load (24 credit points) for the duration of your degree. The only exception being in your final semester of study or if you are granted special permission by your faculty under extenuating circumstances.
