Mindfulness at Work

This group program for staff is designed to help you to create a more satisfying work life and relationships. Through mindfulness-based activities, you will learn ways to:

Mindfulness at Work is an innovative program designed to help you become more self-aware and adaptable, and to bounce back faster from difficulties.

The sessions are facilitated by mindfulness practitioners who are counsellors from Monash Health and Wellbeing. 

Entry into the program

The program is run over five lunchtime sessions. You need to attend all five sessions, as each one builds on the previous.

Entry into the program requires an interview with a counsellor from Health and Wellbeing. For more information and to arrange an interview, contact a health and wellbeing hub
