This program helps new international students settle into their studies. Current students act as mentors and guide new students through the first 6 weeks of their course. Social events and seminars are part of the program.
Become a mentor
- Enjoy the satisfaction of helping others
- Get skills in team work and communication
- Train and get a certificate in leadership and cultural awareness
You must have finished your first semester and have time to attend training dates, group meetings and social functions.
New international students
- Be matched with a mentor who can answer your questions and give you advice
- Learn more about Australian culture
- Make new friends
You will need to meet with your mentor for an hour each week over 6 weeks.
