Meditation calms the mind and can improve performance. It will help you to relax, reduce stress and improve your health and wellbeing.
Science has proven the benefits of meditation. It is part of the core curriculum in medicine at Monash and our counsellors use meditation methods with clients.
We use a range of techniques such as mindfulness, visualisation or progressive relaxation. There is no religious content and no need to book. Beginners are welcome.
