Eating out all the time will prove to be an expensive affair for the average Uni student. Therefore, cooking your own grub will be far less taxing on your bank account. True, at first your culinary efforts might resemble a chemistry experiment gone horribly wrong, but your cooking skills will improve over time, and by the time you leave Roberts you will be able to make 2 minute noodles better than your mum.

The best(and only) place to do this is the Roberts kitchen. There are 8 cooking ranges (stoves and ovens) at your disposal, plus 5 microwaves. You will need to provide your own pots and pans and there are lockers nearby to stash all your utensils. A couple of toasters and a hot water machine are also provided in the adjacent Cookhouse.
