Dr. Gilly Salmon is Director of Presentation for the Open University Business School. She is an active researcher in the use of online teaching with a special focus on moderating in computer mediated conferencing. She also leads the OUBS team which researches, develops and embeds Information and Communication technologies into administration, teaching and learning in the School's large scale management education programmes and business processes.
