Welcome to HEPCIT

HEPCIT or Higher Education Partnerships in Communication and Information Technology [was] a Monash University group, established in early 1994. HEPCIT provide[d] a forum for discussions about the use of technology in teaching and learning, and [was] open to all Monash University staff.

Due to the increasing workload on our volunteer members, the HEPCIT steering committee has reluctantly decided to discontinue our program of forums, presentations and annual Showcase of educational technology innovations.

This decision may be reviewed in the future as new online collaborative tools are implemented, or if other members volunteer to take on the organisational roles.

We will continue with our existing email list for the time being, as a means of communicating any new developments or presentations with the wider Monash community, and encourage all of you to use this list to advertise any events in your area that may be of interest to other colleagues.

Thank-you for your support of HEPCIT over the last 11 years, and good luck with your work during 2006.
