View or update graduation application

You can check the progress of your application and make changes using the view/update graduation application link in WES:

• Current students view/update your application (login)
• Past students view/update your application (login)

If attending, pay the graduation fee by the application closing date.

Up to 30 days before the ceremony, you can:

• change from attending to in absentia (not attending)
• defer your graduation to a future ceremony
• update gown and special requirements
• update how your name will display on your certificate
• update your postal and contact details.

We need your current postal and email address to:

• email confirmation of transactions and ceremony details
• post tickets
• post your degree certificate (testamur) and/or other official statements.

At anytime you can check whether your ceremony date and time is confirmed.
