Lists of student ID's for
applications received for Semester 2 2008 graduations will be
available from 10 July 2008.
To locate your ID number:
1. Click on the list for
the ceremony that you applied for.
2. Go to the top scroll bar on
the screen at EDIT and then FIND IN PAGE.
3. Type in your ID
number and it will locate it in that page.
This will show that
we have received your application form. It does not confirm
your eligibility to graduate at this stage.
Make sure that you
are in the correct ceremony and correctly located in either
Attending or In Absentia for your faculty or graduation
ceremony location.
If you make any subsequent change to your original application
(eg change of venue or 'in absentia' to attending) your
ID will NOT be transferred, it will still appear according to
your initial choice.
Written confirmation will be posted approximately six weeks
prior to your ceremony.
As your ceremony approaches, the list will convert to the
program list with names and degree titles of eligible
graduands. It is essential that you check your details and
advise your ceremony co-ordinator of any errors immediately.
Graduands from the Faculty of Business and Economics: Please
note, the Faculty of Business and Economics has three graduation
ceremonies scheduled for Semester 2, 2008.
Graduands are not able to choose which ceremony they attend.
Allocations to ceremonies are based on academic cohorts and
balancing the numbers in respect to the seating capacity of the
hall. Graduands will need to look for their
ID number in each ceremony's web page. |
