Semester 2, 2008 ceremonies are now available.
Please go to "Confirm receipt of your application to graduate form
for Semester 2 2008 graduations" to locate your ID number.
If you have lodged an application form and your ID does not
appear in the designated list, please email us at:
graduations@adm.monash.edu.au and we will check it for you.
If you make any subsequent change to your original application (eg.
change of venue or in absentia to attending) your ID will NOT be
transferred, it will still appear according to your initial choice.
A letter confirming the date and time of the graduation ceremony
for both attending and in absentia graduands will be sent six weeks
prior to your allocated ceremony.
Approaching each ceremony, these ID lists will change to a list of
names of graduands who are eligible for graduation. You should
then check the list for your name and degree title. Tickets
and gown hire forms will then be posted to eligible graduands
approximately three weeks before each ceremony. The coloured gown hire
form must be returned to reserve your correct sized academic dress. Graduation ceremony for Beijing,
