Is it more convenient for you to donate by cheque or money order? Donations can be mailed to:

Cheques should be made payable to “Monash University”. You will also need to provide your name, contact details, gift amount, whether you wish to remain anonymous and where you would like us to direct your gift.

Direct deposit

You can make a direct deposit into Monash University's bank account. Contact us on +61 3 9903 1608 to get the relevant details. Once you make the donation, your remittance advice should be emailed to us. Please advise us of your name, the donation amount and when the donation was made.

Make a gift by phone

Credit card donations including single gifts and on-going pledges can be made by calling our Donor Stewardship Officer, Anne Chartres on +613 9903 1608.

Please note that we are unable to take direct debits over the phone.

Donating by fax

Credit card donations can be faxed to our confidential fax number: + 613 9903 4885. We don't recommend sending your credit card details by email.
