SECTION 12 DETERMINATION OF SPECIAL CASES

Cases where the Student Fee Policy does not clearly deal with an issue may be dealt with as follows:

12.1 General Interpretation

The Manager of Student Administration will rule on any cases where the Student Fee Policy does not clearly deal with an issue.

12.2 Specific Delegation

Despite 11.1, these University officers may decide the following:

(a) Dispensation of penalty fees (viz. Late, Reinstatement) - Manager, Fees

(b) Special payment options – Fees Unit, Student Administration

(c) Remission of fees after the census date – upon Faculty recommendations, Manager, Fees will arrange action as agreed.
