How to view your Enrolment Details and Fee StatementOnce you have successfully enrolled in your units of study you will then be fee assessed for the units associated with the Semester/Teaching periods that are currently being assessed. On completion of each fee assessment you will receive an email to your Monash email account informing you that your Enrolment Details and Fee Statement is available online via WES (Web Enrolment System). The University will cease mailing a hard copy of the Enrolment Details and Fee Statement from January 2007. The due date for the payment of your fees is shown in the upper right hand corner of your statement. NOTE: As a result of the Federal Government changes to Higher Education in 2006, the University is no longer able to levy an Amenities Fee therefore, if you are enrolled in a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) and have chosen to defer your Student Contribution Amount (SCA) or you are enrolled in a domestic fee paying place and have elected to defer your tuition fees to the FEE-HELP facility, your statement will show a $0.00 balance. To view and print your StatementNote: You will need Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to view the statement. You can download the Acrobat Reader from the ITS Website. To view your statement:
You will only need to print your statement if you wish to pay at an Australia Post outlet. Domestic Higher Degree by Research StudentsAs a result of the Federal Government changes to Higher Education in 2006, the University is no longer able to levy an Amenities Fee therefore, if you are a domestic student enrolled in a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) course, in most cases you will owe no tuition fees and consequently will not be issued an Enrolment Details and Fee Statement. To view your enrolled units, log into WES and select “Enrolment (Enrolment Questionnaire, Unit enrolment, HECS-HELP, FEE-HELP etc.)” which will then direct you to your “Enrolment Summary” where you can select “Unit Enrolment”.
