Exam Periods 2009

Semester One Examination Timetable

Semester One examinations commence on 11 June and conclude on 1 July 2009.  Your examination timetable will be available in your my.monash portal from noon on 27 April.

The Deferred/Supplementary (Semester One-2009) examination period commences on 17 August and concludes on 21 August.  

  1. Follow the link below to access your personal examination timetable. To access your timetable, you must enter your AUTHCATE user name and your AUTHCATE password. Queries concerning AUTHCATE passwords should be directed to the Computer Centre Helpdesk, telephone (03) 9905-1778. Open Universities Australia students with AUTHCATE concerns should telephone (03) 9902-6777 or (03) 5122-6777. Malaysia campus students experiencing difficulty with their Authcate password should contact the help desk at the Malaysia campus on: 603 56360600 extn. 3869.
  2. Please print your examination timetable as it contains the venue location and seat number for each examination. (Note: seat numbering does not apply to Off-Campus or Open Universities Australia exam venues.) Misreading your examination timetable is not considered sufficient grounds to apply for special consideration.
  3. Please ensure you check your exam timetable again before the start of the examination period as details may change without warning.
  4. The exam venue address and other relevant details are displayed by clicking on the exam venue field.
  5. If any exam is missing from your personal timetable, you should contact your faculty office to confirm your enrolment details.
  6. You should note, that other examinations, written, oral or practical, may be held as part of the assessment for any unit. It is your responsibility to check with the teaching department for details of any such examinations.
  7. Any questions regarding the format of exams, such as materials you are allowed to bring to an examination, or the type of examination (oral, practical etc) should be directed to your teaching department or lecturer.
