Check your exam timetable

Your personal exam timetable is available in the Web Enrolment System (WES) 6 weeks before the start of the exam period.

  • Check all your units are listed.
  • Find out exam format.
  • Wait for advice on clashes.

Note: Misreading your exam timetable is not grounds to apply for special consideration.

At the WES main menu, click Exam timetable in the course progression group This will display your personal exam timetable WES main menu

Check all your exams are listed for each unit If any exam is missing from your personal timetable, contact your faculty office to confirm your enrolment details WES exam timetable

Wait for written advice if you have an exam clash

A clash is when 2 or 3 exams are scheduled at the same time

If you have an exam clash, we will write to you 2 weeks prior to the exams to explain the arrangements for you
 
Find out about the exam format (written, oral or practical) and what you can bring It is your responsibility to check with the teaching department if an exam is closed or open book, or has specifically permitted items

Direct any questions to your teaching department or lecturer
 
Click the exam venue field in WES This will display the exam venue address and other relevant details.

Print your personal exam timetable It contains the venue location and seat number for each exam.

Note: Seat numbering does not apply to off-campus or Open Universities Australia exams unless held at the Caulfield Racecourse venue
