Policy: On-Campus Students Sitting Examinations Overseas

Students intending to return to their homes overseas after the end of semester two, may apply to undertake their supplementary and/or deferred examinations in their home country.  This service does not extend to the Supplementary/Deferred examination period in August unless students have completed their enrolment and will not be returning to Australia for study in second semester.

Students may choose to sit their examination/s at any of the exam venues shown on the Application Form.  No other venues will be considered.

Applications to Sit an Examination(s) Overseas are available from the Examinations Unit, First Floor, Building 53, Clayton campus or can be downloaded here.  Applications received after the closing date will not be processed.

The cost of this service is:

One exam - $A379.00

Two exams - $A758.00

Three or more exams - $A1,137.00

These charges cover administrative costs, the cost of secure delivery of examination papers and the supervision of your exam at the external venue.

PLEASE NOTE:  During Summer, Semester One and Semester Two examinations, students are expected to sit at the designated venue.  Requests to sit examinations overseas will not be granted.
