Academic and Administrative Complaints and Grievances Policy

Academic Complaints

Academic complaints relating to examinations, i.e. items directly relating to the content of an examination paper, or items of an academic nature, should be taken up with the chief examiner for the unit in the first instance.

Administrative Complaints

Complaints which relate to the administration and conduct of examinations should be made in the first instance to:

Administrative Grievance

If an administrative complaint is not resolved, the student may make a written request for resolution of the matter to:
