Our partnerships

The Centre works closely with the Monash University Prato Centre in Italy, with the Monash Asia Institute and with other key centres and institutes at Monash University.

The Centre also collaborates with European Union (EU) centres in the Asia-Pacific and beyond, and with European universities providing research and teaching on Europe and the EU. These institutions include:

  • Fondation Nationale des Sciences Politiques (Sciences Po), Paris, France
  • Institute for European Studies, Université Libre de Bruxelles (Free University of Brussels), Belgium
  • European Union Centre of Excellence, University of Pittsburgh, United States 
  • National Centre for Research on Europe, University of Canterbury, New Zealand
  • National Europe Centre, Australian National University
  • Innovative Universities European Union Centre, La Trobe University
  • European Studies Centre, Sichuan University, China

The Centre works collaboratively with Forum for Europe-Australia Science and Technology Cooperation (FEAST), the Contemporary European Studies Association of Australia (CESAA), the Delegation of the European Commission to Australia and New Zealand, the embassies of EU member states in Australia and communities of European origin in Melbourne.
