Alternative formatting service
The alternative formatting serivce aims to provide essential coursework material in an accessible format to students with a print disability. This may include electronic text, audio, large print or Braille. Text books, unit guides and course readers can be obtained in accessible formats or re-formatted appropriately.
Students who are registered with the Disability Liaison Unit (DLU) and have provided documentation from an appropriate health professional supporting their request for course materials in alternative formats are eligible for the service.
Students are required to submit alternative formatting requests to their Disability Liaison Officer (DLO). For further information contact the Disability Liaison Unit.
