22. Salary Increases
22.1 All University staff members to whom this Agreement applies will be classified and paid in accordance with Schedule 1 with the exception of sessional staff who are paid a sessional or hourly rate as specified in Schedule 2 of this Agreement and staff members employed on a Performance Based Contract.
22.2 Staff members will receive the salary increases summarised below:
