Enrolment instructions – summer and winter

  1. Read your faculty enrolment procedures - faculty and unit information
  2. Select units from the list offered by each faculty
  3. Complete the Enrolment amendment form from your faculty office

You cannot enrol for summer or winter semester units on the Web Enrolment System (WES). You can view your enrolment details on WES after your form is processed. For timetable information, contact your faculty.

Faculty approval

Get departmental approval for unit enrolment before the cut-off date shown in faculty and unit information

If you want to study units from another faculty, you must get provisional approval from the host/teaching faculty first, except when the unit is:

Take the form to your managing faculty for final approval.

Unit prerequisite rules

Check the faculty handbooks for details of unit pre-requisites.

If you are waiting for results for a pre-requisite unit, you may enrol in the higher-level unit.

If you then fail the pre-requisite unit, you should check your enrolment details, as we will invalidate/cancel your unit enrolment.
