Print the enrolment checklist (pdf 97kb) to record your Monash student ID and your authcate username.
To set up your computer (authcate) account:
- register for a new account
- use your Monash or VTAC student ID (from your offer letter)
- read and agree to the 'Acceptable Use of IT' policy
- record your Monash Student ID and authcate user name.
Keep a safe record of your password.
Note that your Monash student ID is different to your VTAC student ID.
You must bring your Monash student ID with you on your enrolment day.

Using your account
Use your account to access your email, class timetable, my.monash portal, course materials, ask.monash, the library and the Web Enrolment System (WES).
Using your Monash email
- We only send email to this address. You should check it at least twice a week.
- You must use this address to contact us. Include your full name and student ID.
