On enrolment day, go to the student service centre on your campus with:
- your Monash student ID
- your photo ID (passport, driver's licence)
- the transaction numbers from your enrolment questionnaire and unit enrolment
- your offer letter and Authority to enrol letter
- your passport and visa.
If you did not enrol online, bring the Authority to enrol letter stamped by your faculty.
We strongly recommend you print and bring the enrolment checklist (pdf 96kb)
We will:
- check your transaction numbers and documents to confirm your enrolment. If you have not finished enrolling, we can help you do this
- give you your student ID card and student diary.
Student ID card has details about using your card.
You must collect your ID card in person.
