Enter your timetable preferences in Allocate+
Most students need to use Allocate+ between 14 Jan - 20 Feb to enter their timetable preferences for class activities such as lectures, tutorials, etc. Go to the timetables website for information on:
Some faculties assign you to activities in Allocate+ (e.g. Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences) so you don't have to enter preferences. For more information, see do I need to use Allocate+?
Monash students studying at Gippsland need to use the Federation University system Student Allocator. It takes about an hour from when you enrol using the Monash Web Enrolment System (WES) to when your units appear in Student Allocator. Attend Orientation Week: 24 - 28 February 2014
This is the official start of the academic year for all new students. Going to Orientation is compulsory and will help you get ready for classes. You can meet students and staff and get settled into university. View the Orientation activities and create your personalised plan using the Orientation ePlanner.
It's compulsory to attend the International Student Essential Information session. On some campuses, this is held in enrolment week - the week before Orientation Week.
