How to enrol - international students in Australia

Accept offer: Do steps 1 to 6
Defer: Contact International Recruitment Services (IRS)
Reject offer: Contact IRS

Use your Monash student ID or VTAC number
Record your account details on the enrolment checklist

Use the Web Enrolment System (WES) to:
  • Update your postal address and contacts
  • Fill in the enrolment questionnaire

Use online resources (course handbook, faculty websites)
You must attend a faculty information session

At the start of the year, you must enrol in units for BOTH semesters 1 and 2
For mid year enrolment, enrol in units for semester 2 only

On enrolment day, bring your:
  • Offer letter, Monash student ID and Authority to Enrol
  • Photo ID
  • WES transaction numbers or form stamped by faculty

  • Enter your timetable preferences in Allocate+
  • Go to orientation
