Say how you will pay To defer payment, you must include your Tax File Number (TFN). If you don't, your only option is upfront payment. You can change it later in WES when you get a TFN.

If you are waiting to get your TFN, you can show your application certificate to the service centre staff. They can change your payment option for you.

If paying upfront, you do not have to provide your TFN. Many students still enter their TFN as a safety net in case they cannot pay by the due date.
