Collect your ID card - step 6 of 6

On enrolment day, go to the student service centre on your campus with:

• Your Monash student ID
• Your photo ID (passport, driver's licence)
• The transaction numbers from your enrolment questionnaire, CSP HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP form and unit enrolment
• Your offer letter or Course Enrolment form

Bring the enrolment form/slip stamped by your faculty:

• If you did not enrol online
  or
• Your faculty requires you to go to the faculty office to check your online enrolment

We strongly recommend you print and bring the enrolment checklist (pdf 96kb)

If you are seeking credit for previous study and we did not process this at your faculty course information session, ensure you first take all supporting documentation to your faculty.

We will:

• Check your transaction numbers and documents to confirm your enrolment. If you have not finished enrolling, we can help you do this
• Give you your student ID card and student diary

You must collect your ID card in person unless you are an off-campus student.
