Additional enrolment tasks - step 7 of 7 - domestic students

Faculty tasks

If you are studying with one (or more) of the faculties below, you are required to complete some additional tasks to finalise your enrolment:

Enter your timetable preferences in Allocate+

Most students need to use Allocate+ between 15 January - 21 February to enter their timetable preferences for class activities such as lectures, tutorials, etc. Some faculties assign you to activities in Allocate+, see your faculty for details. Go to the timetables website for information on:

Attend Orientation Week: 25 Feb - 1 Mar 2013

This is the official start of the academic year for all new students. Going to Orientation is compulsory and helps you get ready for classes. You can meet students and staff and settle into university. View the Orientation activities and create your personalised plan using the Orientation ePlanner.

Check Enrolment Details and Fee Statement

Domestic students do not have to pay fees on enrolment day. We email you about a week after enrolment to say your fee statement is available on the Web Enrolment System (WES). Your fees are for the units you have enrolled in for that semester. Check your statement to ensure your course and contact details are correct. See checking your enrolment details and fee statement.

Students pay a Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF). This is based on your study load and mode. A Government loan scheme is available for eligible students who submit a Request for SA-HELP assistance in WES before the due date.

Enrolment changes

You can make changes to your enrolment using WES. See change your enrolment for details and deadlines.
