Change units - WES access dates

From the time you enrol or re-enrol, you can add or discontinue units in the Web Enrolment System (WES) until these dates:

Semester one

Semester two

Other teaching periods

Only units in semesters one and two, full year, terms and trimesters can be changed in WES.

Units in other teaching periods have to be discontinued manually. Contact your faculty about this.

Discontinuation penalties

You can still discontinue after these dates by using an enrolment amendment form. You can get this from your faculty. Academic and financial penalties may apply. See unit discontinuation penalties.
