From international to domestic status

You must notify us within 14 days of changing from any temporary visa (including a student visa) to an Australian Permanent Resident Visa (APRV).

Your fees will change from international to domestic rates.

Changes that occur:

Prior to the census date will affect your fees for those units
After the census date will not change your fees until the following teaching period

The change in status is the date shown on the visa label in your passport and not the date of the original APRV application.

Holders of an APRV who obtain Australian citizenship should notify the University immediately to request an update to your student record.

Show proof of Australian citizenship to any student service centre
Submit this prior to the census date or the changes will not take effect until the next semester
