Course cancellation by the University

The University may cancel your place in a course due to:

Unsatisfactory academic progress (University Statute 6.2)
Academic and general misconduct (University Statute 4.1)
Health reasons (University Statute 6.3)
Unpaid course fees
Non-completion of the Enrolment Questionnaire*

For Commonwealth supported students only:

Unpaid student contribution amount*
Non-completion of a Request for Commonwealth Support or HECS-HELP form*

* required by government (Higher Education Support Act 2003)

The questionnaire and form are completed in the Web Enrolment System (WES).

Re-entry to a course

We may consider a request for re-instatement of enrolment. The process varies depending on the reasons for the course cancellation.
