How to apply for the test

Applications must be made in person. Please bring:

• the completed IELTS application form
• the Monash University English Language Centre IELTS Test - Application Procedure form ( Form 2 )
• your current passport
• a photocopy of the photo page of your passport
• two recent Australian passport-sized photographs (taken within the last six months -please write your name on the back of one of your photographs)

• test fee

Please bring all your documents to Monash University English Language Centre Reception, International Centre, building 73, Monash University, Wellington Road, Clayton.

Applications are valid after payment has been made.

Payment can be made by EFTPOS, credit card, money order or bank cheque (payable to Monash College Pty Ltd).

We do not accept cash or personal cheques.

The IELTS Centre is open from 10 am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
