Mood surfing

Mastering the art of riding the emotional waves

We all experience strong emotions - some pleasant, some unpleasant - and we are constantly working to regulate them as we navigate the complexities of life. Mood surfing is a six week therapeutic group aimed at learning how to:

  • Recognise and name your emotional experience
  • Develop practical strategies to regulate your emotional state
  • Make reflective choices about how you respond
  • Maximise the health of your relationships and life opportunities

Cost:  Free of charge

Audience: Monash students

To book:  Please express your interest on the booking system.  One of the program facilitators will contact you for a meeting to ensure that the program is a good match for your needs.

Berwick dates: Wednesdays 10 April - 15 May from 3-4:30pm (6 consecutive weeks)

Clayton dates: Wednesdays 10 April - 15 May from 2:30-4:00pm (6 consecutive weeks)

Caulfield dates: Wednesdays 10 April - 15 May from 2:00-3:30pm (6 consecutive weeks)

Peninsula dates: Wednesdays 10 April - 15 May from 10:00-11:30am (6 consecutive weeks)
