Availability: Same day appointments are often available if you call before 10am. If you are not available during office hours, call us to discuss other options.
What happens: You will meet with a counsellor for an informal, confidential chat to discuss your concerns. Your first will session will run for thirty minutes. Your counsellor may suggest further catch ups or refer you to another service.

What is EAP?
Monash University has contracted ResolutionsRTK, an external, accredited provider to run our Employee Assistance Program. As part of this program Monash staff and immediate family members can access free confidential counselling services away from university campuses.
EAP also offers a Manager Assist Hotline.
