Mindfulness for Academic Success

This innovative program consists of five x 60-minute weekly sessions. It teaches students how to use mindfulness to reduce stress and improve academic performance. Each session builds on the one before and so you must commit to all five sessions.

Cost:  Free of charge

Audience: Students

To book:  Please express your interest on the booking system.  One of the program facilitators will then phone you for a 5-10 minute chat to ensure that the program is a good match for your needs.

Caulfield dates:  Tuesday 13 August  - 10 September from 10-11am

Clayton dates:  Friday 16 August - 13 September from 11am-12pm

Berwick dates:  Thursday 22 August - 19 September from 3-4pm
