Monash University Club ManagementNew!Club Unacceptable Behaviour Policy Federal legislation dealing with workplace behaviour comes into effect on 1 January 2012 and will supersede the related provisions of the Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Act. To comply with the new legislation, a Club Unacceptable Behaviour Policy and associated procedures has been prepared, and after inviting comment from Club staff, was endorsed by the 2010 committee at its June 2011 meeting. The policy is based on the Clubs Victoria Club Conduct and Behaviour Policy and is inclusive of not only staff but also members, the committee and external contractors. The policy’s provisions encompass any form of conflict among any of these groups. Any unacceptable conduct is reportable to the President or his/her nominee. 2011 Club CommitteeDesignated positions
