CANCELLATIONS

Refunds on Registration/Accommodation are applicable as follows:

Before Monday 4th December 2000 - Full refund
Before Tuesday 4th January 2001 - 50% of registration & accommodation
After Tuesday 4th January 2001 - No refund

The Registration Office must receive cancellation in writing by the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.
