The paper guidelines
has been sent by mail to authors with accepted papers. If you have
lost your copy, you can download it below in MS WORD format:
Authors who chooses
to submit their papers online can sign-in through this Website.

Publication
Accepted papers will
be published in the conference
proceedings provided they are received by
15 September 2001. Only registered delegates' papers will be published.
All paper presenters
are expected to pay to register for the conference by 1 October
2001.
Prizes will be
awarded to the authors of the
Best Paper presented at the Conference, and
the Best Paper by a New Researcher.
