Air Travel Arrangements - Kistend Travel has been appointed as the Travel Manager to handle air travel with Malaysia Airlines. Kistend has blocked some flight reservations with Malaysia Airlines, based on the excellent negotiated discounted rate for
ex- Australia delegates.

Please be aware that February is still school holiday period in Australia and Chinese New Year will be in early February 2002. To avoid disappointment of no seats or paying higher fares, you should secure your flight reservation as soon as you can. Please find the following procedure for your flight reservation:

1. Contact Jacqui and quote 'QIK conference' for special rate and our reservation purpose;
2. A non refundable deposit of A$200 payable to Kistend Travel on or before Monday 24th September, 2001, to secure your flight reservation and the special discounted airfare rates;
3. Balance payment due on or before Thursday 3rd January 2001.
