The conference organisers encourage broad participation in the
conference by those involved in the management of quality, innovation
and knowledge. The basis for acceptance of papers is that they are
coherent, relevant, and make a contribution to the literature.
Abstracts of 500 words or less should be submitted to the conference
secretariat at the address below. Each abstract should have a separate
title page that includes paper title; author name/s; affiliation/s;
addresses; including fax, phone and email.
Please indicate to whom correspondence should be sent. Authors must
register for and attend the conference if their submission is accepted.
Papers must be submitted by the indicated deadlines
(See important dates) in order to be included
in the conference proceedings. Papers must conform to the editorial
and layout guidelines. Click here for further instructions and guidelines

Papers will only be accepted on condition that the manuscript has
not been copyrighted, published, presented or accepted for presentation
at another professional meeting.The conference organisers will accept
three levels of papers.
Refereed papers will be subject to a rigorous blind review
process and there will be time available for authors to make any
changes before final submission (please refer to important
dates).
Non-refereed papers will be subject to editorial consideration
to ensure that they meet the normal standards for working papers.
Forum papers need not be fully written but rather longer
outlines that seek to ignite debate and discussion around key conference
themes.
