Parking

There are several parking options surrounding the Victorian College of Pharmacy:
5 hour free parking is available along Royal Parade
4 hour free parking is available at the Carlton Football Club / Optus Oval
24 hour free parking is available at the Melbourne Zoo
Metered parking is also available along Walker Street 

Public Transport
Tram 19  - from the City to North Coburg  (tram available from Elizabeth Street, opposite Flinders Street Train Station), will drop you off on the corner of Royal Parade and Walker Street traffic lights out the front of VCP Campus. 

Train
Upfield Line - stop name: Royal Park Railway Station (behind the Zoo, 5 minute walk to VCP).

Taxi
From Airport to VCP, Parkville - travel time is approx. 30mins (depending on traffic) and approx $40.00.

Vibe Hotel, Carlton
Those staying at the Vibe Hotel, Carlton - note, that the VCP is adjacent to the conference venue and only a 2 min walk.

Melbourne Aquarium - conference dinner
There is no on-site parking at the Melbourne Aquarium, although there are several car park stations in surrounding streets or on-street parking around the city.
The most conveniently located parking is at Crown Casino (King Street entrance), which is then a short walk over the bridge to the venue.

The weather in Melbourne during the conference is estimated to be approx. 13 degress, with showers.
