carefully before you fill in your registration form. Registration
fees and tour prices can be found by downloading the registration
form below.
Delegates are strongly
advised to register early to avoid disappointment. To register,
simply print and complete the Registration Form together with
your payment details and mail to:

* The registration
fee includes the Symposium Dinner on 20 February, admission toallscientific
sessions, attendance at the morning coffee, carvery luncheon and
afternoon tea on both days, and a copy of the CD ROM containing
all the proffered papers.
It does not include delegate/accommpanying persons accommodation
or Dinner for accommpanying person. To pay for extra dinner $80
please fill in the area provided on the registration form.

Payment of Fees
Completed Registration/Tours
forms should be returned by post or fax with full payments. American
Express, Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa will be accepted. Diners
Card will not be accepted. Delegates are urged to book their accommodation
as early as possible. Cheques must be made payable to "MONASH
UNIVERSITY" and be in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. Drafts may be drawn
on any Australian Bank, eg National Australia Bank, Commonwealth
Bank of Australia, Westpac etc. All bank charges must be paid
in advance by participants and therefore payments must be free
of all bank charges to the receiver.
Cancellations and
Refunds
Refunds on Registration/Tours
are applicable as follows:
Before Monday 17 Dec 2001 - Full Refund
Before Thursday 17 Jan 2002 - 50% of registration/tours
After Thursday 17 Jan 2002 - No Refund
The Conference Office must receive cancellation in writing by
the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service,
unattended events or early termination of attendance.
