Philip Whiting, Chairperson, Victorian Community Transport Program

Philip Whiting has been Manager of TransAccess Community Transport since 2001 and Chairperson of The Victorian Community Transport Program since 2003.

TransAccess Community Transport is a mobility service which provides information, support, advocacy, and volunteer transport services to organisations and transport disadvantaged people in the cities of Port Phillip, Stonnington, Glen Eira, Bayside and Kingston.

Philip has been involved in the development of innovative service models involving resource coordination through vehicle registers and transport partnerships with Glen Eira Council, Caulfield Community Health Service and the Brotherhood of St Laurence (Frankston).
