Transport Conference

Dr Michael Kennedy

Dr Michael Kennedy is the CEO of Mornington Peninsula Shire. In that role, and as public transport spokesman for the Interface Council Forum, he has been an active (and successful) campaigner in lobbying for improved public transport services and reduced fares.

What may be less well known is that Michael has an extensive public transport background. He spent many years in the transport industry, with time in both bus and rail sectors, and is a past Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Transport.
