Monash Innovators

Our exciting new program gives employers the chance to host Monash students at your organisation for a day, where they will apply their skills and creativity through a group challenge. The program is open to students from all faculties and year levels, providing you the potential for diverse ideas and perspectives.

About the program

The structure of the day is flexible and can be adapted to meet the requirements and resources of your organisation.  We will co-ordinate and organise the day in consultation with you to develop the structure and challenge for the day. We will also select and prepare students.

As you host the day, students will:

• take a tour of your organisation
• be grouped to tackle the challenge
• present their outcomes to representatives from your organisation
• receive positive and constructive feedback from your representatives.

We will work with you to find a suitable challenge. Some examples include:

• develop a new or improve an existing product or service
• create a marketing idea
• identify potential Corporate Social Responsibility projects
• brainstorm new brand or image ideas
• explore current market trends and research
• problem solve organisational challenges.
