Drop off heavy materials in the loading bay behind the Doug Ellis Pool building. Our staff can help, but delays are possible due to the number of exhibitors.
Only taxis and couriers can use the small loading bay in front of Monash Sport. Other vehicles must not use this loading bay to unload materials. The campus is subject to State traffic laws. You may be fined for leaving your vehicle unattended or for stopping on the roadway.

Our staff will show you to your exhibition area. This will be equipped with a table, chairs and access to a single power outlet (no internet connection or tablecloth is provided). Displays and representatives must not block other exhibitors or traffic flow. Your display must be less than three metres wide and attended by a maximum of six representatives.
Held in the Seminar Room, Monash Sport (Building 1), Clayton campus.
Participating employers will be allocated a one-hour timeslot before the event to provide one-one feedback with approximately five students. The students will have attended a preparation workshop to practise their networking technique. Further information about this session will be sent in your information pack.
We will contact you before the Festival to ask for your logo for use in additional promotional opportunities.
The registration cost includes lunch for up to three representatives per organisation. Morning tea includes ribbon sandwiches, mini wraps, biscuits and slices. Lunch will be a hot and cold buffet with vegetarian options, served in the Recreation Hall.
In your registration form, you must select the number of lunch vouchers you require. If you choose more than three, you will be charged A$38.00 per head for the extras.
Coffee, tea and water are provided throughout the day.
