Sam Webster: "The best aspect of the course I am currently studying, being Bachelor of Sport and Outdoor Recreation - Education, is the recent flexibility given to it. Students are now able to chose different minors so they can pick outdoor recreation and something else, or PE and something else. This is great cause I fell it gives much more of a wider variety of career options once you finish studying here."

Sam Webster: "The main facility I utilise on campus would definitely be the fitness centre. It has a wide range of equipment involving weight machines and cardio aspects. They also hold a number of classes -- group classes and PT sessions."

A title: Innovative programs

Sam Webster: "A unique aspect of my course involving outdoor recreation is definitely the trips. For instance I went on a five day bushwalking trip to the Bogong High Plans with my peers and one of my teachers who led the group. Its a great experience because it really helps you bind with your peers and also with your lecturer who you have in sequential years to come so its really good to form those relationships."

A title: Friendly campus

Sam Webster: "The benefits of the Peninsula campus are definitely the size and population. I've studied at other campuses and you walk into lectures and there are 300 people there and you really just don't get to know anyone at all. Here at Peninsula everyone is friendly, you get to know your lecturers, you walk into a lecture and your know pretty much everyone there."
