Information Technology Services

The Peninsula division of ITS Client Services is located on Level 2 of Building A. Our team is available to assist both students and Service Level Agreement (SLA) customers in utilising the information technology resources available at Monash University.

Our opening hours are 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday during semester, and 9 am to 5 pm outside semester times.

  • Staff can contact ITS via telephone on 03 9905 1777 (extn 5177 for internal calls)
  • Students can contact ITS via telephone on 03 9903 2777 (extn 32777 for internal calls)
  • or log a request online.

Computer lab A2.35 is available for staff to use. Please download the booking form and return to ITS.

SLA Newsletters

ITS send out regular emails to all our SLA customers directing them to our newsletters, which contain news, tips and tricks that will help with the effective utilisation of IT resources at Monash. If you know of a new staff member who is not receiving these emails, or wish to unsubscribe to these emails, please let us know at brwpen.servicedesk@its.monash.edu.au
